Kinche (Qinch’e) is a very common Ethiopian breakfast, its equivalent of oatmeal. It’s incredibly simple, inexpensive, and nutritious. It can be boiled in either milk or water. The flavor of the Kinche with nit’ir qibe/ spiced butter is unforgettable for most Ethiopians.
